How ordering works

- Our team confirms availability, your delivery address and the delivery date.
- Pay by cash or card on delivery, or by secure payment link.
Returns & exchanges
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order details to arrange collection.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days across the UAE. Same-day delivery may be available in Dubai for orders confirmed before midday — ask our team on WhatsApp.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 150. A small delivery fee applies to smaller orders and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, card on delivery and secure payment links. Your payment option is confirmed in the WhatsApp chat when we confirm your order.
Can I return a car perfume?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened bottles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty — contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace them.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
We currently deliver within the UAE only. GCC delivery is planned — message us on WhatsApp to register your interest.
